 This scene starts with the focuse on the main characters face. He starts whimpering and it sounds like he is about to burst into crying. He grabs his face trying to process what just happened and then we get a masterfully done flashback of what his counter part did with his body of where we get to see just the pictures with absolutely zero sound. The burden of all the murders that were committed using his body is too much to bear which gets him on all fours vomiting of the sight he is seeing both in is mind and in front of him. Out of all that anger he starts gringng his hands on the pavment saying "Die" "Only I should die

  1) here there has been a use of low-key lighting 2) The director has used lighting on our left, clearly shown by the shadow being on the right of her.  3) An effect of this lighting is that it puts focus on the actresses face, or more of her expression.
